Jay Bronstein has been representing the victims in catastrophic injury cases for 30 years since graduating cum laude from Boston College Law School . Mr. Bronstein concentrates in the litigation of product liability, auto and truck collisions and other wrongful death and significant personal injury claims. Cases Mr. Bronstein has litigated or settled have involved negligence or breach of warranty which has caused death, paralysis, spinal injury, brain injury, fracture, chronic pain/disability and other life-changing injuries.

In his three decades of legal practice, Mr. Bronstein has litigated matters in both State and Federal Courts and most memorably, has argued before a panel of the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit which included Justice Breyer, now a member of the Supreme Court of the United States. "It is an honor to be entrusted with the recovery of damages for those who have been significantly and perhaps irrevocably injured by the carelessness of others. Combining my legal knowledge and litigation abilities with compassion for my clients enables me to protect and advance their legal rights while never forgetting that they and their family's future and well being may well hang in the balance. I look forward to continuing to represent my clients with the aggressive, ethical and caring representation that they each deserve."

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Bronstein has been involved in many diverse cases in multiple jurisdictions. Noteworthy cases have involved the representation of three different high school football players paralyzed by defective football helmets; ATV and motorcycle riders paralyzed by unstable and defective machines; the wrongful death of a young woman when her SUV was caused to roll over; a sanitation worker who suffered the amputation of his leg when struck by a car while working; catastrophic leg injuries resulting disability suffered by a bicyclist struck by a turning motor vehicle; and numerous amputation and other major injury claims caused by defective and unreasonably dangerous work place machines.

A member of both the Massachusetts and Florida Bar, Mr. Bronstein has been a guest lecturer on Product Liability in classes at New England School of Law, an invited Moot Court Judge at BC Law School, a member of the Fee Arbitration Panel of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and has participated as a panel member at deposition workshops for young lawyers.

When not in the courtroom or office, Mr. Bronstein volunteers his time extensively to his community. He has served as co chairman of the Gift of Hope program which helps local community members in need; as a member on numerous Town committees, and as a school council member. He is a former Board Member and VP of the Sharon Soccer Association as well as a youth soccer, baseball and basketball coach. Mr. Bronstein is a member of the Rotary Club of Sharon and has served as the Regional VP of the Tulane University Parent/Family Society.
